Scenic Pointe has shown me what it is like to work for a company that truly supports its employees. Teaching the new STNAs how to care for our residents and watching them gain confidence on the floor inspires me to keep teaching.
I started working for Foundations when I was 18 years old as an STNA, I continued to go through school while working for this company to get my LPN and later on my RN. I stepped away for a while when I moved away but I was able to return back as the STNA instructor and I couldn't be more happy with my decision.

I’ve worked here for almost 10 years now and my best advice is this: There are soooo many areas of healthcare/nursing, and you have to find what fits you. You should enjoy what you do!
