February Employee of the Month

Scenic Pointe is humbled to provide exceptional care to our community in Millersburg, Ohio. In doing so, we know that we have to fill our team with employees who are dedicated to our Culture of Care. One of our employees has exemplified these values and stood out to co-workers and residents. We'd like to take a moment to recognize Brandie Proper, who has been awarded Employee of the Month for February 2022!

Brandie has made a great impression on the residents and co-workers around her. One of our residents shared that Brandi does a great job of talking with people and helping out wherever is needed. She carries such a positive energy and is constantly making everyone around her laugh. Our residents love her!



Having our residents appreciate and recognize this in Brandie is a great example of what we at Scenic stand for. Our Culture of Care is the backbone of the attitude, fortitude, and drive to provide a product of care to the community, above all others. This product we create is intangible, it lies within us, the residents, and the community. Brandie does an excellent job in doing this while connecting with our residents, making them feel loved and at home.

We are so proud to have her as part of our family here at Scenic Pointe. Thank you, Brandie, for all of your dedication and service!
