Scenic Pointe Update, Virtual Communication Invite

Millersburg, Ohio - Scenic Pointe Nursing and Rehabilitation Center would like to thank all of our families and friends for the strength and resolve that you have shown during the COVID-19 pandemic and adapting /following the frequently changing recommendations per the CDC/ODH to help protect your loved ones. We understand the difficulty of not seeing your family and friends face-to-face has caused and we wanted to give some updated information. We would like to urge you to call your loved ones who reside at Scenic Pointe. If you have the capability to use alternative methods to communicate such as Skype, FaceTime or Facebook Chat, let us know and we will arrange a virtual visit.
We have not experienced a disruption in food delivery. We have ample supplies and are also feeding our staff as they care for your loved ones. We are taking care of each other. The delivery of hygiene and personal supplies is ample. Pharmacy services are operating as usual. We do not need donations or supplies. Please refrain from bringing food or personal items to the facility. What we need at this time is patience and cooperation with the restrictions and recommendations during this emergent situation so that hopefully, we see you in our halls again soon. In the meantime, phone calls, virtual visits, and letters through the mail are encouraged.
The staff at Scenic Pointe are dedicated to the care or the residents of our facility. Our Culture of Care is shining brighter than ever. We want to thank our families for their strength in honoring all of the recommendations and aiding in the protection of all of the residents of Scenic Pointe.
